Gordon Brown’s Big Mistake!
Posted April 29, 2010on:
Yesterday whilst Gordon Brown was visting some areas in England before the upcoming election on Thursday, he made quite a big error. During his short visit in Rochdale the Prime Minister talked to a woman called Gillian Duffy who questioned the PM on some of the issues England face such as immigration, crime, and national debt. After their converstation the PM got back into his car and set off to go to his next appointment but forgot that he was wearing one of the T.V station microphones. In the car, one of his aides asked him what the woman had said. The PM replied with, “Ugh everything! She’s just a sort of bigoted woman that said she used to be labor.” Gillian was extremly offended when she was informed of what the PM had said about her and was upset. She even asked the news reporters what she had said to make him think that. With only one week left before the election, this has surely made a great indent in the number of voters for labor. Did Gordon Brown ruin the chances for labor to keep in power?
