We should laugh a little more

According to a recent study, laughing frequently is healthy. It has been proven to lower blood pressure and bad level of cholesterol.  Laughing as well seems too increase a persons appetite, realize their mood and reduce stress hormone production. This study was based on 14 healthy individuals who were asked to watch two videos, a comedic one and a distressing one.  The researches took blood from each participant and the level of each hormones differed from which videos they were watching. There was no real change in blood from the participants watching the distressing video but there was a noticeable change after they watched the funny one. I think it is very interesting that this conclusion has been made because often I do find that when I’m  laughing and having a good time I become hungry and want to eat. I also notice that when I’m laughing I am in just a better mood for a longer amount of time.
