NFL Week 9

Vincent Jackson catching a TD pass against the New York Giants!!

After 9 weeks of football there are only two undefeated teams left in the NFL, these teams are the Indianapolis Colts, and the New Orleans Saints.  Both teams just came off impressive wins over good teams.  The Colts defeated the 5-4 Houston Texans 20-17.  The Colts Tight End Dallas Clark got a season high 14 passes for a solid 114 yards.  The New Orleans Saints who also have an 8-0 record beat the Carolina Panthers in week 9.  The Panthers got off to an early 17-6 lead, but the Saints ended up pulling off a 30-20 win by out scoring the Panthers 24-3 in the 3rd and 4th quarters.  The most exiting game of the week was between the San Diego Chargers and the New York Giants.  With 4 minutes to go and down by six the Chargers needed a score and they needed it fast.  The Chargers were able to drive the ball down the field 80 yards in 2 min and cap the drive off with a 18 yard td pass from Philip Rivers to Vincent Jackson.  Like all the other weeks, week 9 was filled with nail-biting games that came down to the very end, and im very exited to see what the rest of the NFL season has in store for us.
