AC Milan confirms Beckham’s return

Posted on: November 2, 2009

David Beckham will dress the jersey of AC Milan again on January 2010, as announced in the official web page of the team this Sunday. Beckham, who had also played the second half of the season with Milan last year, will arrive in January as a way of not losing shape and proving the English coach that he is ready to play the World Cup in South Africa. The season is very shor in the US, so the English player would not be able to play during winter and Spring, something that will definitely nopt help his game. “David didn’t say goodbye, he said see you soon. His return will be dedicated to the three friends (Kaka, Maldini and Ancelotti) that he will not see this year in Milanello,” posted AC Milan in its web page. Ancelotti concluded, “We are sure that this period in Europe will help David to participate in the World Cup and continue with his career in Los Angeles Galaxy, to whom we have to thank the availability shown.”
