Baby Run Over by Train – Still Alive

The incident

The incident

On Thursday, a 6 month old baby boy, who was sitting in his pram on the platform of a train station, rolled off the edge of the platform and fell head first in into the path of an incoming train. Luckily the train had slowed right down to stop, but the baby and his pram were underneath. This miracle baby actually managed to survive and only got a small bump on his head. This incident, which happened at Ashburton railway station in Melbourne, Australia, was captured by a CCTV camera. You see the mother letting go of the pram for a second while talking to someone else, and it started rolling of the edge of the platform before she realised, and horror-struck mother ran to try and save her baby but just missed the pram. I think it is unbelievable that this has happened and the baby survived with hardly being injured.
