Beginning Swine Flu Vaccines

Posted on: October 6, 2009

There was a meeting in South Florida on Monday.  The Officials were discussing about how they should distribute the swine flu vaccine.  It was held in Broward County with the County Manager.  Well first they set out the vaccine as a nasal spray, then followed by the injection.  Then they decided to bring it to the school children first.  Also in  day-care centers and health care workers.  Later a Pediatrician tells the local 10 news she refers interested people to hospitals.  As more people find about the vaccines availability, the South Florida leaders plan to increase the distribution.  Depending upon the desired demands, the county will resort to large areas as of where the people will receive the vaccines.  As the process goes on, Health officials say that the pregnant women should get the vaccine in the form of injection instead of nasal variety.  The vaccine will be given to schools for free, and they will be expected by mid-October.
