Another Trust Fund Kid Goes to Rehab

Courtenay Semel is a bisexual heiress best known for dating Lindsay Lohan, Casey Johnson and Tila Tequila. She has appeared on the E! reality show ‘Filthy Rich Cattle Drive’ and is known for partying and her spoiled attitude. Her dad is former Yahoo CEO and billionaire Terry Semel. Regardless, however, of her dad’s high profile status, she still decides to have a bad reputation in the public. A close friend of Courtenay told Page Six that she has checked into rehab because her family has asked her to go. Her dad cut her off of all of his money after she got arrested at Caesars in Las Vegas for hitting a security guard. Courtenay’s publicist said that she checked into rehab because she is “emotionally, physically, and mentally exhausted”. It seems that exhaustion seems to be a common excuse for celebrities to tell the media, instead of saying they have a drug addiction. Another friend of Courtenay told the paper that she is trying to save her relationship with Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson. Courtenay set Casey’s hair on fire back in February and is expected to stay in rehab for three months. It’s sad to see a lot of these trust fund kids in Hollywood messing up their lives with addictions. Brandon Davis (oil heir), Harry Morton (Hard Rock hotel heir), and Sean Stewart (rock heir) all have gone to rehab for addictions.
